8Required Returns & Damage Claims Policy
1. RETURNS
Products may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase provided:
• Product remains unopened.
• Original seal remains intact.
• Packaging is undamaged.
• Product is in resalable condition.
• Original proof of purchase is provided.
2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened lubricants
• Opened additives
• Installed filters
• Electrical components
• Special-order products
• Clearance items
• Used products
• Products with broken seals
3. CUSTOMER ORDER ERRORS
Orders placed using information supplied by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect product selection, ordering errors, specification errors, or changes of mind once products have left the premises.
4. DAMAGE CLAIMS
Any claim relating to product defects or alleged damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of discovery.
5. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Customers may be required to provide:
• Original invoice
• Vehicle information
• Product information
• Service records
• Installation records
• Photographs
• Product samples
Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection of the claim.
6. NO LABOUR COST REIMBURSEMENT
Under no circumstances shall 8Required be responsible for:
• Labour charges
• Diagnostic fees
• Dismantling costs
• Repair costs
• Transportation costs
• Storage fees
• Towing fees
• Vehicle downtime
• Accommodation expenses
• Loss of income
• Loss of profits
7. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE EXCLUSION
8Required shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
8. MAXIMUM LIABILITY
Where liability is established, the maximum liability of 8Required shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product concerned.
