8Required Warranty Policy
1. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All products sold by 8Required carry only the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers.
8Required does not provide any additional express or implied warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer.
2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY
8Required guarantees products supplied through its authorized and approved supply channels.
Any product that has been opened, altered, repackaged, mixed, contaminated, tampered with, improperly stored, or handled after purchase shall be excluded from warranty consideration.
3. WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:
• Original invoice or receipt
• Vehicle information
• Product information
• Service records
• Installation records
• Product samples
• Photographs
• Maintenance history
4. INVESTIGATION OF CLAIMS
Warranty claims may require inspection by the manufacturer, supplier, laboratory, technical consultant, or independent expert.
8Required reserves the right to submit products for testing and analysis before considering any claim.
5. OIL ANALYSIS REQUIREMENT
Where engine, transmission, differential, or equipment damage is alleged, 8Required reserves the right to require independent laboratory analysis of the product before any claim is considered.
6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DETERMINATION
A product shall not be considered defective solely because a vehicle or component experiences mechanical failure.
The claimant must establish that:
(a) the product was defective when sold; and
(b) the defect directly caused the claimed damage.
Manufacturer findings shall be considered final for warranty purposes.
7. EXCLUSIONS
Warranty claims shall not apply where damage results from:
• Incorrect product selection
• Improper installation
• Contamination
• Misuse
• Abuse
• Neglect
• Mechanical defects
• Racing applications
• Overheating
• Failure to maintain proper fluid levels
• Failure to follow service intervals
• Pre-existing mechanical conditions
• Unauthorized modifications
